Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the label is created. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days before the carrier picks the parcel up.
Where orders ship from
Bonavita coffee makers, kettles, carafes and parts ship from the official store’s US warehouse. Continental US addresses get the fastest service. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international destinations are served on calculated rates shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and duties
International orders can be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Those charges are collected by the carrier on delivery and are outside the store’s control. The checkout total never hides them on purpose; they simply vary by country.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging for a refund. Start a return by writing to [email protected] with your order number, or use the contact form. If the product arrived damaged or defective, the warranty applies instead and the return shipping is on the house.
Damaged or wrong item?
Photograph the box and the product before you throw any packaging away, then send the photos with your order number. Replacements for damaged Bonavita coffee makers, kettles and carafes go out as a priority shipment.
